Start With a 2-Week AI Automation Sprint — Fixed Price A$8,900
We take one workflow and automate it end-to-end. Week 1: map, agree the success metric, and build. Week 2: deploy to production, hand over documentation, and measure the saving. If it isn't working in production by day 14, you don't pay the second half — and the full sprint fee is credited against your first pod month if you continue.
